ICCAM醫學院創辦人邱九桁
Professor CHIU, Chiu-Heng with Dr. Stephen Tsai are founders of the Faculty of Medicine ICCAM (United States). They are very good partners in the field of medical research. Dr. Stephen Tsai has been recognized Professor CHIU, Chiu-Heng concept and ideals. They have been working hard to achieve of the goal of combining the benefit of Eastern and Western medicine.
When Professor CHIU, Chiu-Heng with Dr. Stephen Tsai two in order to improve the level of medical education in the world, determined to set up supplementary United States Agency for International Institute of Medical and alternative therapies (ICCAM), two against all odds, put in a lot of manpower and financial resources, only a view to the successful birth of the School of Medicine in the United States government sponsored a number of hearings, and finally made CEU qualified name for the smooth running.
Professor CHIU, Chiu-Heng has been teaching in Taiwan for many years to run hospitals, clinics, holistic health and the establishment of Long-Life Medical Group of industries, across the fields of education, health care, social welfare, medical materials and modern medicine research and development of manufacturing, so that modern medicine can be a great step forward to the health of everyone.
Successful school in the Faculty of Medicine, the school will be the purpose of promoting physical and mental health of all mankind useful medical subjects, in order to change the pattern of the whole world of medical, prevention of diseases.
美國ICCAM醫學院兩位創辦人邱九桁教授與Dr. Stephen Tsai多年來在學術上、事業上還有醫學研究方面是很好的合作夥伴，Dr. Stephen Tsai也一直認同邱九桁教授的觀念、理想，兩人並結合束西方醫學來造福全人類的健康，更是邱九桁教授與Dr. Stephen Tsai長年來努力耕耘的目標。
當邱九桁教授與Dr. Stephen Tsai兩人為了提昇世界的醫學教育水平，決意要創辦美國國際補充醫學及替代療法學院(ICCAM)，兩人排除萬難，投入大量的人力與財力，只期能將醫學院順利催生，在美國政府舉辦了多場的聽證會，終於取得了合格CEU字號，以順利辦學。
邱九桁教授在台灣授課多年，開辦醫院、診所，及成立延齡全人健康醫療集團產業，其領域橫跨教育、醫療、社會福利與現代醫藥醫材的研究開發製造，讓現代醫療能大步前進，人人得以健康。
在醫學院順利創校以後，將以創校的宗旨，大力推行對全人類身心健康有益的專業醫學科目，來改變整個世界醫學格局，預防所有疾病的產生來努力。
